Telehealth Psychotherapy

Secure, Convenient Mental Health Care—Where You Are

Quality Therapy, Without the Commute

Whether you're juggling a demanding schedule, living in a rural area, or simply prefer the comfort of home, telehealth offers a flexible and effective way to access therapy. I use TheraLink, for HIPAA-compliant virtual therapy sessions that bring evidence-based care directly to you—without sacrificing the personal connection.

What You Need for Telehealth Sessions

Telehealth is simple to set up and user-friendly. All you need is:

  • A private, quiet space for your session

  • A stable internet connection

  • A device with a camera and microphone (phone, tablet, or computer)

  • Set up your account in Thera-LINK (link provided upon booking)

I recommend using headphones for added privacy and clarity. If this is your first time using virtual therapy, we’re happy to walk you through it step-by-step.

Consent & Required Forms

Before your first telehealth appointment, you’ll need to complete a few digital forms:

  • HIPAA Privacy Acknowledgment

  • Telehealth Informed Consent

  • New Client Intake Form

These forms are secure and can be submitted online through Thera-LINK or brought to your in-person appointment.
